We offer headshots with studio lighting and a more contemporary style of headshots using natural lighting or on camera flash.

We have a well-equipped mobile studio which we can bring to your office or preferred location. This takes approximately 30/45 minutes to set up.

We have various backdrop options available at no additional cost. If your business requires a specific colour of backdrop we can discuss ordering this prior to your session.

For studio style head shots, once the studio is set up, please allow 5-10 minutes per person for a simple head shot. Allow more time if you’re bringing various changes of clothing.

If you choose to have the mobile studio studio set up, we will need access to the photography site 45 minutes prior to the agreed photo shoot start time.

If you don't want to have the photos taken at your own business, we can recommend a hire venue to suit the aesthetic of your business.

• It’s best to avoid striped fabrics for head shots as these can cause a moiré effect.

• Choose clean lines and clothing that won’t date quickly.

• Avoid busy patterns which draw the attention away from the subject's eyes.

• Wear clean and ironed clothing to present your business in its best light.

• If your role requires you to wear a mixture of professional and more casual clothing, we recommend bringing some different clothing options. We need to know this beforehand to plan the timing accordingly.

You can expect to receive a selection of professionally edited and lightly retouched images from your session. The exact number will depend on the package you choose. If the subjects wish to select their favourites as we go, they can do this on the camera screen and they are labelled on the day.

Our portrait images are suitable for a variety of purposes, including print marketing materials, websites, social media profiles, and more. You will be provided with a print resolution version of each image and another version of the same image sized for online use. There are no restrictions placed on the use of the images and no watermarks.

Our standard turnaround time for delivering edited images is approximately 7-10 business days. However, rush delivery options are available for an additional fee if you need them sooner. You will receive a link via We Transfer to easily download your images.

We provide on-location portrait services throughout the Perth metro area and are willing to travel to regional areas. Anywhere 30km’s or more out of the Perth metropolitan area will incur a .78c per km travel fee.
